Gabriel "Gabe" Whitley is only the fourth person in U.S. history to be charged with lying to the federal government — following Martha Stewart, George Papadopoulos, and General Michael Flynn.

The federal government lies to the American people every single day, regardless of which political party holds power. Gabriel Whitley deeply regrets his actions. He has apologized to his family and friends and continues to show genuine remorse.

He founded the Gabe Whitley Foundation to educate Americans about the dangers of an unchecked Department of Justice and to support efforts to End the Fed.No American should face charges for lying to the federal government until the government itself stops lying to the American people.

Whitley has become a vocal advocate for victims of DOJ overreach. He successfully sued the federal government and won key motions in court.

He also filed suit against FBI Special Agent Spencer Brooks after Brooks allegedly threatened his life at his Indianapolis home in an attempt to force a plea deal. On the day of sentencing, DOJ prosecutors complained that “Mr. Whitley showed no respect for our judicial system and is a threat to our society.”

He took those words as a compliment. At just 27 years old, Whitley stood up to the federal government for trampling on his constitutional rights and threatening his life — and he succeeded in keeping their CRIMINAL actions permanently on the public court docket.

He believes he was targeted for attempting to remove Joe Biden from the Democratic primary ballot in Indiana and for his public support of Donald Trump.

Whitley no longer supports Trump, stating that Trump puts Israel and the Epstein Class First and failed to help him or other Americans in similar situations despite the “Trump treatment” he received.

Whitley will seek a Pardon but not under the Trump Admin because he doesn't want to do with any Epstein Protector. 

Whitley also founded Hoosier Enquirer, a nonprofit media organization dedicated to combating fake news in Indiana and assisting victims of media malpractice.
